If you are unable to attend the CMX exam you registered for, please contact us as soon as possible ate certification@eicom.org. If you cancel 30 or more days before the exam date, you will get a full refund of the registration fee via the same bank account/payment method used during the registration process.

If you cancel or request a reschedule 2–30 days before the exam date, you will be charged the following fees:
USD 40 to cancel or reschedule CMX Level 1
USD 40 to cancel or reschedule CMX Level 2
USD 50 to cancel or reschedule CMX Level 3

In such cases, for rescheduling, you will be provided with a separate link for purchase. After requesting your rescheduling, you have up to 60 days to pay the reschedule fee for the desired exam level. After this period, you will be fully charged for a new registration.

For cancellations, you will receive the partial refund on the same bank/account payment method as for the initial payment.

In case of a non-attendance on the day of the exam, you are not entitled to any refunds. If you experience any issues with the registration or payment, please contact us directly.
